Text Box: The children God has brought within our sphere of influence are potential life-long disciples of Jesus Christ. Therefore, we take our time with children very seriously, viewing what we do as a subset of the Great Commission mandate to “make disciples” (Matthew 28:19). We are excited to be partnering with parents to work at developing a cradle to young adult program of systematic and intentional discipleship. Central to our program is the Bible. We long for our children to think biblical about God, themselves, and the world that he has made. Therefore, we labor to keep Bible teaching and Bible memorization central to our curriculum. We are particularly eager to instill the Biblical truths of the gospel and the character of God into the lives of our children. In our philosophy of children’s ministry, we have been especially influenced by the material available through (Children’s) Desiring God Ministries. We are very happy to be using their materials. Children’s Ministries

The nurture of children to become disciples of Jesus begins at the earliest of ages.  Our nursery is designed with this in mind.  Our nursery is a place where children are ministered to through songs, prayers, Bible verses, and interactive play in a caring environment.

During our adult teaching time on Wednesday nights, this class focuses on the truths of the gospel and Scripture memory.

On Wednesday evenings, we offer a toddler class which focuses on the stories of the Bible and Scripture memory.  We also offer a ‘review’ class for this age group during our Sunday morning preaching time.

We offer a Saturday night format of teaching, activities, and interaction with adults that is geared toward producing maturing young people who are deepening their faith and integrating their lives into the life of the church.  This group meets form 7-10PM.  For more information, contact Tim Churchill (579-2487).

Junior High and Senior High (Saturday PM)

During our Sunday morning preaching time, we offer a class for children in elementary school which focuses on the truth about God and Scripture memory.
